NEW ARRIVAL IN BROKERAGE
2004 MAINSHIP PILOT 34 TWIN "RUM RUNNER II" HARDTOP
GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO PICK UP A VERY WELL MAINTAINED PILOT 34 TWIN, WITH JUST 1120hrs and 1000 hr service completed on both Yanmar motors! BAY CRUZIN' also had a fresh bottom job in 2023.
Stepping aboard you'll find the cockpit area very spacious and secure. Great handholds Port and Starboard make getting to the fordeck very easy and the boat features the optional electric Lewmar windless. Entering through the cockpit you step up into the helm level that's secured with a hard fiberglass top and sides with Polycarbonate windows port and starboard with opening hatches above. This area is nicely trimmed out in teak and features new built in stereo speakers. At the helm you'll find a 2013 Garmin chartplotter, Digital Compass, Yanmar Engine controls and all switch gear for ships running lights, bilge pumps horn and other accessories. Visibilty is fantastic from the adjustable helm bench with folding footrest, and while it's big enough to squeeze two on during a cozy cruise, the port side features the same chair arrangement for providing the first mate their own room to stretch! Aft of the helm area are 2 large bench seats that could double as narrow berths for a crowd. All of this area can be enclosed with the new StratoGlass curtains
The traditional design in the cabin works really well. Down three steps you’ll find an enclosed head to port, featuring deck hatch, porthole, small stainless sink in a wood trimmed vanity, electric Vacuflush head and a handheld shower that you can use with a curtain.
The port side further forward features a very functional galley with generous shelf space, two drawers, three lockers, fridge and freezer, two-burner surface element stove and a microwave.
A spacious convertible dinette that seats and feeds four to six in comfort or sleep two in near queen size comfort, dominates the starboard side. It offers loads of storage under the seats. Bay Cruzin sports a 16Kbtu reverse cycle heat/AC under the aft seat. The whole cabin is dressed up with a teak and holly sole and the wood trim is cherry. Mainship takes great pains in stress that it is solid cherry. No veneer disguising particle board for this boat.
The forward vee is the owner's quarters. Here you can opt for single port and starboard berths or add a filler cushion to convert to a vee shaped double. This cabin includes hanging lockers port and starboard, deck hatch and side storage. The bow shape allows the berth to be placed low enough that you can sit comfortably. You will appreciate that in the morning.
The 34’ Pilot features LH series 4-cylinder direct injection diesels of 3.455 liters or 210.8 cubic inches. They can turn up to 3,300 rpm and produce a maximum of 240 hp.
There’s not much you can’t do on the Pilot 34’ – it’s great for trolling, fishing, scuba-diving or day-cruising. And her 270-gallon fuel tank makes her eminently suited for longer passages.
