$5000 per month income from just dockage
I have been at my current location in the lagoon close to peanut island and all the local marinas for 3 years now with no issues.
Live out in the Lagoon and operate a business downstairs' perfect for boat or jet ski rental business
You could keep it where it is or take it anywhere, it would be a nice setup for the Bahamas. The huge downstairs area could be used for just about anything the previous owners used it as the Palatka yacht clubhouse and had meetings and parties here.
The very best thing is there are no taxes no rent no electric or water bills I run the generator about 100 hours a year and charges batteries and runs the whole boat at the same time 20 minutes of run time will rum the boat for about 3 hours
I rarely run the 40 kw enclosed yanmar generator with 1000 hours as the solar panels provide up to 12kw the main load is the A/C with uses 2.kw and with the 20 100amp 48volt lithium batteries I can run A/C all night . I have about 240ft of face docks but could configure for more with one dock a 40ft by 16ft deck and a 30amp power supply to the dock, I have about 10 self contained solar flood lights that come on automatically as well as led deck lights that can be turned on. There is a hot tub on the top deck as well, I installed a 70 gallon bladder tank and a 40 gph watermaker and make all my water as well as an icemaker for ice, We have had a lot parties and a boat show here as the downstairs area will hold about 100 people not including the upper deck and dock area
Located on a mooring the shores of beautiful Peanut Island in Palm Beach on torquise waters (mooring included) this extraordinary venue barge and home offers an unparalleled opportunity for luxury living and entertainment on the water. Originally built in 2003, this floating paradise underwent a comprehensive upgrade in 2020, ensuring it boasts the latest in modern amenities and comforts. I have a 9 camera security system that can be monitored remotely as I have a Starlink system that provides internet service
There is also a 15ft by 8ft Electronic billboard for advertising
