GENERAL
Sleeps up to 9 in the Owner's party in 4 staterooms, plus crew accommodations for up to 2 in 1 cabin.
Owner’s Suite:
Accessed from the main salon, located aft to starboard, the full beam master has its own private entrance. Her master stateroom accommodates a king-size berth on center with mirrored vanity to port and a private double settee to starboard. The master stateroom benefits from having a curved bulkhead in which a TV is mounted. The owner has upgraded the master bath with a contemporary and over-sized custom marble vanity with dual sinks, Vacu-Flush toilet and shower all recently installed.
VIP Stateroom:
The VIP is all the way forward and features a centerline queen berth and private en-suite head. The walls are lined material and oak cabinetry. To port side and aft is the access to the day head which is adjoining to the port side guest stateroom. It should be noted that all the bathrooms have new metal work frames in the shower compartments, new countertops, faucets and new marble floors.
Port and Starboard Guest Stateroom:
The port guest stateroom features two side-by-side twin beds with a Pullman in addition. Walking out of this stateroom directly across the hallway is the starboard guest stateroom which is almost identical to the port. The main difference is that this stateroom has two twin beds in a bunk configuration.
UPPER DECK
Flybridge:
The exceptionally spacious bridge provides an amidships sunbathing area for three, a settee and 6-expandable seat table. There is also a bar with a refrigerator/freezer, sink and barbecue grill. Custom designed sun bathing pad behind seating along with a custom AB tender with Opacmare crane.
MAIN DECK
Aft deck:
Entering the aft deck there are 4 entry points, 2 located side deck and 2 from the swimming platform. Integral swimming platform teak table with stainless base and seating for 8 custom bench seat. There is a recessed hydraulically operated swim ladder with a hand rail port and starboard Lofrans warping winches. A port side refrigerator in unique cabinet with another matching refridgerator to starboard. Fixed built in video camera with monitor overhead, port and starboard boarding gates, stainless transom boarding gates, lazarette access under port steps. There also 3 port and starboard teak steps with stainless and rails between the swimming platform and aft deck hydraulic opening "garage" door where the jet ski is located. There is port and starboard shore power cable reels, fresh water wash down system, hot and cold shower in locker on platform and dockside water connection.
Pilot house:
The one thing you notice when you’re piloting the vessel is that you have a very clear visible 200° view when sitting at the pilot house. This gives you the comfort of knowing where everything is in your immediate surroundings. The pilot seat is covered in a blue stitched leather chair similar to the rest of the interior leather. The main AC DC distribution panel is immediately to the port of the helm chair with display panels for easy understanding.
Galley:
One step down from the pilot house area, is the galley which can be completely enclosed with the door and sliding wooden blind. All the appliances have been replaced with professional grade stainless steel. Benefits of the galley are that it can be completely enclosed with the side door open to eliminate any cooking odors or when entertaining, it can be completely opened up and used as a serving bar. The floor throughout the galley, dining table and pilot house is a unique blue and gray veined granite. There is an exit from the galley to the side deck. Forward in front of the galley to the starboard side, is the lower helm which features a full array of instrumentation.
Salon:
To the portside and the starboard side are comfortable white connolly leather sofas which are duplicated in a U-shaped dining room sofa that is to the front starboard side of the room. In the salon forward under the bar, which is incorporated into the galley, is a 50 inch Samsung HD custom fitted television. The ceiling has inlaid recessed lighting with maple inlay. All other lights have been changed along with LED and polished chrome fittings. The entire vessels joinery is high gloss cherry with some tasteful maple veneer inlays in a few places.
LOWER DECK
Engine room:
The engine room is accessed through the portside side ladder on deck, and through the transom. Like a much larger yacht, this 70' Azimut is sensibly laid out, with top-notch ancillaries. Maintenance accessibility on everything from the Cruisair compressors, located outboard port and starboard, to the ZF V-drives; which are totally open and approachable. Two new 21 kw Kohler models capable of putting out enough power each to hold the electric load individually. Engine access is superb. You can service the engines from any angle with full-standing headroom above aluminum diamond plate decks painted blue.
The construction of the vessel is with vinyl-ester resin, a bolted fiberglass hull-to-deck joint, foam-cored fiberglass stringers, with collision firewall and other watertight bulkheads. On the Sea-Jet, Azimut has positioned air intake vents on the sides of the flybridge as far above the level of the water as possible. The approach pays off with no salt air entering into the engine room.
This 70' Azimut is without question the nicest motoryacht available in her class.
