The vessel was maintained with an "open check book". All engine and transmission service done by Cummins factory tech. Several years of oil analysis records available. In addition to the many upgrades, the fantastic maintenance history on this vessel will put her into a well above average category!
Maintenance History:
- May 2021-Starboard head gasket replaced, valve lash adjustment both engines. 1,000-hour service performed. All work by Cummins factory service. Coolant and filter on both engines replaced by Cummins tech. Cummins removed, cleaned, and replaced port engine oil sending unit to cure erratic readings. Worked great since. Tightened oil pan bolts to cure minor leak starboard engine. Engine hours 1050.
- Summer 2021-Buff and wax from rub rail up, Replaced grey water pump and float switch (Rule 3700gph pump Rule-A-Matic float switch). Cummins factory service conducted blow-by and turbo boost testing on both engines: all readings well within spec.
- Vee berth AC compressor serviced, and control head replaced
- Fall/winter 2021/2022-69 hours for season. Engines and generator oil and filters changed. Primary and secondary fuel filters replaced. RACOR bowls cleaned, and oil samples sent to Blackstone. Buff and Wax hull to water line. Removed rust stain on port AC through hull and installed a drip guard. All zincs replaced. Bottom repainted. Exterior joints re-caulked from the aft deck up. Most black water (sanitary) lines replaced (huge job). Replace raw water pumps on both engines (SB Marine-$800 each). Engine belts inspected and area cleaned. Trim tab cylinders replaced, and system inspected. Replaced cooktop with induction unit. Repaired smile line pinstriping. Winter maintenance was approximately $20,000. Engine hours 1122
- September 2022-no engine leaks or issues whatsoever, Engine hours 1163
- October 2022-Changed engine oil and filters, fuel filters and coolant filter. Engine hours 1167 and generator hours 1284
- March 2023-Replaced Bimini top at $1800. The windshield was re-caulked. Stern Thruster replaced (Side Shift) which included a solid-state controller that replaced an older, larger control box. The tank-to-tank level fuel hose was replaced as well as the AC supply hose. The Fireboy suppression system was recertified ($300). The hull was buffed and waxed again.
- April 2023- Major electronics upgrade with new Raymarine products, AIS with antenna, transducers, cameras, auto pilot, RADAR, radio, VHF equipment, and more. Estimated $35K plus another $7K for additional antennas and misc. equipment required for the network system. Port rub rail replaced ($900).
- June 2023- Coast guard inspected and stickered.
- August 2023-buff and wax from rub rail up. ($1500).
- October 2023-Engine and oil filters changed. Primary and secondary fuel filters replaced. RACOR’s cleaned. Replaced port vacuum gage on RACOR. All starboard side fuel rail vibration dampeners replaced and one on the port side. AC sea water strainer cleaned. Exercise all seacocks. Replaced starboard engine timing actuator to cure minor oil leak-successful. Oil samples sent to Blackstone for analysis. Engine hours 1221 and generator at 1307.
- Winter 2023/2024-Buffed and waxed from rub rail down ($1851). The upper hull buffed and waxed as well.
- Spring 2024- Installed new washer ($1200 plus installation). Engine compartment was cleaned and remains spotless and oil free. New thruster batteries (4) in June.
