Vessel Walkthrough
"Marrakesh Express" is easy to board from either a floating dock or fixed pier. Stepping into the cockpit with newly installed SeaDeck flooring, there is a transom door centerline aft leading to the swim platform, lazzarette storage in cockpit sole, engine and bow thruster controls to starboard, as well as the 50amp Glendenning shore power inlet.
Moving forward and up the centerline steps onto the aft deck, the entire aft deck is fully enclosed and is covered by a factory hardtop. Two custom "L-shaped" lounges are to port and starboard, and the wet bar with electric grill, wine chiller, icemaker, and sing are forward to port. Two side doors open on either side of the house giving access to the side decks and foredeck. To starboard are the steps that lead up to the flybridge. Once again there is a full enclosure and factory hardtop on the flybridge. The helm and captain's pedestal seat are forward and center, with an additional pedestal companion seat to starboard. Guest seating is provided by a large lounge that curves from aft to forward on the port side.
The main cabin is accessed through a sliding door next to the wet bar on the aft deck. Going down the steps to the salon, there is a large and comfortable "L-Shaped" lounge aft to port with storage beneath as well as a cocktail table. Forward to port is the functional galley which offers plenty of counter space (newly renovated countertops), drawer-style refrigeration, and all of the other essential appliances. Across from the galley to starboard is a very large dinette with curved seating, beautifully finished table, and cabinetry above which houses the hidden Flat Screen TV. Aft to starboard is a functional barrel chair with clever ottoman below which serves as additional storage.
Center forward in the salon is the forward companionway leading down the steps to the VIP and Guest staterooms and head. To starboard is the Guest stateroom which features a double bed, plenty of drawer and locker storage, and the hidden Washer/Dryer combo unit. Access to the Guest head is directly across to port.
The guest head is generous in its accommodations, and includes a separate stall shower, vacuflush head system, newly renovated countertops with sink and vanity, and air conditioning vent.
The VIP is forward in the bow and features a centerline queen berth, plenty of drawer and hanging locker storage space, overhead hatch, Flat Screen TV, separate AC controls, and private access to the guest head.
Moving aft and to port from the salon is the Master Stateroom companionway. Moving down the steps into the full-beam Master, there is a large queen berth aft that is surrounded by plenty of drawer space on both sides of the stateroom. To starboard and forward are 2 large hanging lockers, and center forward is a functional vanity with seat, mirror, and storage. The Master has its own AC system, is tastefully decorated (the whole boat is, actually!), flat screen TV, and a private head with stall shower.
Overall, the boat is in excellent condition with no signs of any water intrusion noted. All of the fabrics and window treatments and soft good have been replaced and upgraded over the years, and the Owner has spared NO EXPENSE in keeping the yacht in its best possible condition.
